Bristol Dry Gin has been developed by a small group of bartenders and service industry professionals. The development process subjected the team to a gruelling regime of product testing, from which one or two have not yet fully recovered.
The belief at the core of the development of Bristol Dry Gin, is that a local gin should be a drink for everybody, not just those lucky enough to be able to afford it. Bristol Dry Gin is the product of lengthy development and taste testing, and is the first commercially available product from Bristol's micro-distillery at The Rummer. Beautifully balanced botanicals including Juniper, Citrus, and Angelica root, give this gin a classic dry profile, and loves to be mixed with tonic or vermouth.
