The Leveller Premium Gin has won praise from around the country and its distinctive ‘ginny’ flavour is the result of our Chef distiller, Simon, insisting that less is more. Using just seven botanicals we have created a juniper led gin with a hint of cinnamon and cardamom. There has been little change in distilling methods since the early 19th century and by combining traditional skills with the technology and research of the 21st century, our small batch production distillery has broken some rules to enhance flavour, consistency and quality.
