Chilgrove Dry Gin is a rather exciting spirit, as the base comes not from distilled grain but distilled grapes instead, similar to how it was in the olden days when jenever was distilled from wine in Holland. The Chilgrove distillers in Sussex have paired this intriguing base spirit with 11 botanicals, including Angelica Root, Coriander Seed, Grains of Paradise and Wild Water Mint. Handcrafted using traditional methods and distilled with natural mineral water filtered through the very chalk Downs which surround Chilgrove; this fine London Dry Gin marries the finest Sussex-grown botanicals together with a neutral spirit distilled from grapes. It is this unusual relationship which gives Chilgrove Gin its sophisticated character, whilst the perfectly balanced elect of flavours, truly make it the gin for all seasons
