Mr Hobbs of Henley Gin

Based on Harry Hobbs original recipe which dates back to 1870, now given a modern twist by adding Marshmallow, Orris Root and Lime Leaf Oil to create it’s distinctive taste. How they are mixed and in what proportions is still a closely guarded secret.

Distilled locally, the production is done at Foxdenton Estate in Buckinghamshire. It is produced in small batches making each distillation extra special.

Mr Hobbs recommend pairing their gin with a Fever-Tree tonic and a curl of orange peel to bring out the citrus notes.
