Papillon Gin is lovingly created in a small distillery nestled within the Dartmoor National Park.
They marry traditional gin botanicals with Dartmoor flavours; gorse, hawthorn and rowan berries, chamomile and their specially grown local Devon violets.
They named it Papillon for the Pearl Bordered Fritillary, an endangered Dartmoor butterfly that feeds on wild violets and Papillon are donating 1% from every bottle sold to The Butterfly Conservation project protecting fritillaries in their local area.
Papillon Gin is made with fresh Dartmoor spring water from a nearby hill farm where the Pearl Bordered Fritillaries frequent.
Nectar for both the gin drinker and butterfly.
