Eccentric Young Tom Gin is a fresh juniper malt gin, fermented from IPA wash and refined to a clean aromatic distillate.

The botanicals, including fennel, wild sunflower root and star anise seeds are vapour infused for an added natural sweetness.

This sweet and floral gin is rested for roughly 2 months to ensure a fully developed flavour profile.
