House of Elrick Gin is a beautifully crafted artisan gin produced on an estate nestled in the lowlands of Aberdeenshire. It is the only spirit made with the freshest water from Loch Ness.

The botanicals are hand-picked by their Master of Gin and include juniper, coriander seeds, angelica root and citrus peel, built around a core of heather, pink peppercorns, sweet fennel and rose petals.

The result is an aromatic and refreshing gin with a bold and earthy flavour profile.
