This gorgeous Menai Oyster gin only uses 3 botanicals in total, juniper, lemon peel and oysters from the Menai strait. We do two separate distillations with the oysters distilled in a stainless steel and then juniper and lemon in our copper alembic still. Rock pool salinity, subtly creamy, with juniper and citrus bringing balance.
